This unique session was designed specifically to introduce teenagers to practical tools for holistic self-management and to empower them with a greater understanding of their inner world.

They learned about the subtle energy field (the aura), enabling them to develop enhanced self-awareness and a clearer understanding of their own personal energy.

They discovered the mood-regulating effects of specific essential oils, learning how to use them to support emotional balance, focus, and concentration in their daily lives and academic environments.

The success of the "Mind-Body Balance for Teens" program was amplified by the enthusiastic engagement of the young participants. The small group setting fostered a safe and interactive space where teenagers felt comfortable asking questions, sharing their initial experiences with the energetic tools, and openly discussing the real-world application of aromatherapy. Their active involvement and curiosity were key to making the session highly experiential and deeply personal for every teen present.
